I'm afraid I'm going to get fat because all I do is sit in my apartment all day with Max and attend to his every need..this mothering thing is hard. I love him but I do not enjoy being alone with him all day long by myself. I think if I had a bunch of kids to run after it would be much better but as of now its just sweet max who is content to swing in his swing and take naps all day long. I'm feeling a little useless and am wondering if I should go find a job at the hospital. Larry is studying 8-10 hours a day and I'm feeling pretty lonely and lazy and fat.
There is only so many walks I can take and errands to do and cleaning one person can take until there is nothing to do but twittle my fingers and change poopy diapers :) How do you stay at home mom's do it? Im just glad I will be starting school again in January but then I will be wishing I was home more..its a loosing battle I guess.

Long over due...
Okay this might be a longish post because I haven't blogged in a while!! Our lives have been so crazy. So here is the down low:
Max turned 1 month then 2 months and is a hefty little guy weighing in at around 11 pounds. The kid is a chunk! He is smiley and laughing and knows who his mom and dad are. He is pretty good sleeper but still not through the night and recently due to the events in our lives he always wants to be held but we are working past it.
We moved to San Diego and had only a few days to find an Apt. so we got into one but Im really not a fan of it but its clean and I will try to make it feel like home until we can bust out of our lease and move again {Im already hunting for a new spot } I feel like this place is a foriegn country and really feel like a miss fit. People keep coming up and asking me if that is my baby YES people it is...get over it Im 23 and married...sorry its an hot spot for me :) After moving we went up to EDH for 3 glorious weeks to see David off to the mission, hang out with my brother Tom and watch my cousin Natalie get married in the Sacramento Temple.. it was so fun.
Now we are back in SD. Larry started and finished his first week of law school and to top it off there was a HEAT WAVE. High 90s down here and yup we have NO air conditioning becasuse apparently you don't use it most of the time {all lies I tell you} Anyway after one day of sitting in our basically 100 degree aparments yours truley had a world famous melt down and lost it...I mean lost it the crying hysterically saying crazy things like we are moving back to Utah this day and never coming back to this hellish area. So 2 seconds later we checked into a hotel until the heatwave passed. Larry is crossing his fingers that I somehow can cool down and unpack the apartment because thats still not done and we have been eating fast food and I've been crying hysterically to go home!!
So thats whats up with us in a nut shell. I am typing this in our apartment now as its only 65 degrees and hopefully won't be hot today or I as you readers as my witnesses I will die.
Heres some fun pictures of max..

2 months
2 months old and still alive!
Max has had a crazy couple of weeks. Moved to San Diego...unpacked and went right up to Sacramento for Natalie Foells wedding. He has been a very good traveler. He sleeps so much its nice to not have to worry he will scream in the car so much.
Happy 2 months Max!
Random things about this baby. He loves to be swaddled. I mean the kid calms right down when you wrap him tight like a burrito. He loves baths and has yet to find out that he can really scream loud. He enjoys just being around people and be held. He sleeps on everyone's chest and takes a bottle very well but really nothing else to sooth him. He sleeps in his little cradled really well and is finally out of his preemie outfits and is in newborn diapers. He likes to suck on his lower lip and has beautiful blue eyes that you can get a glimpse of when he is awake. He spits up a lot, not projectile but if you don't give him a good burp its everywhere about 2 seconds after he is done eating...a lot of my clothes are ruined, but it is worth it.

An August Wedding.
Natalie Foell was married in the Sacramento temple and we were able to go. It was fun to introduce everyone to Max and to see family. Max was so good during the sealing and was watched in the waiting room by some of his cousins. As the sealing ceremony was over and we were walking up to get him I could hear him crying but he was quiet the entire time we were gone and slept, so that was nice, I was a little stressed I have never left him with anyone even though I was close if something happened. It was a beautiful day and it was fun to be back. We had a lunchen at our house and then her reception will be in a few days. Its always fun when someone gets married and always makes me remember of the day when we got married. Weird how our family looks so small with John & David on missions. We got a few good photos its so hard with Max and by the end of the event he has soaked through a diaper onto larry's suit...oh life with a baby is really different!

Super Baby Indeed!
I feel like I have a super family
How cute is that boy? Just after getting a bath in my parents kitchen sink. We are in EDH for 2 weeks before heading back down to San Diego to start school. We are loving spending time with David, the Martin clan, my parents and everyone that is in town for Natalie's wedding!
